24-hour shipping for the Metropolitan Region (All communes)
Deliveries to the entire metropolitan region are configured so that our customers receive their products at their homes within 24 business hours, provided that purchases are made on the website www.vitalsenior.cl from Monday to Friday (except holidays) and before 2:00 p.m.
If the customer purchases after 2:00 p.m. on a weekday or on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday , the delivery will be processed on the following business day and, therefore, the customer will receive their purchase 24 business hours after the delivery has been processed.
Same-day shipping.
At Vital Senior, we know that sometimes seniors need our products urgently . That's why we've created the same-day delivery option through app-based transportation ( Uber, Cabify, DiDi, among others ).
For this reason, it is extremely important that before making the purchase , the customer contacts Vital Senior through WhatsApp at +56 9 6244582 6 and checks the availability of the product . If the product is available for the transaction to be completed on the same day, the customer can make a transfer for the total purchase price , that is, the value of the product plus the shipping cost, which will be determined at the time of dispatch.
It's important that this service be properly coordinated between the Customer, Transportation, and Vital Senior. This means that once the customer makes the purchase, Vital Senior contacts the transportation company and sends the customer instant tracking of the location of their product . This way, the customer is responsible for waiting for the driver at the destination address to properly receive the product. App drivers do not get out of their cars .
Dispatch Methodology for All Regions of Chile
The products will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer when submitting their purchase order. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided on www.vitalsenior.cl to ensure proper and timely delivery of the products to the address indicated or to the chosen shipping location.
The products will be shipped to the location selected by the customer , based on availability at the time of submitting the purchase order for the respective product. www.vitalsenior.cl ships products through our logistics operator Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Once the product is delivered, you must sign the corresponding dispatch guide , checking that the product is in good condition .
