Warranty and return policies

Below we detail Vital Senior's warranty policies in simple terms.

In case a product purchased at www.vitalsenior.cl If the product presents faults, defects or has been dispatched damaged or incomplete, the customer will have the right to choose, within 6 months of receipt, one of the following alternatives:

  1. Free product repair. (subject to evaluation)
  2. Replacement or exchange of the product upon return of the same
  3. Refund of the amount paid after returning the product

To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to contacto@vitalsenior.cl or send a WhatsApp message to +56 9 62445826 and attach photos of the product, along with the corresponding receipt, invoice, or shipping guide. The product must be unused or only tested and in excellent condition, with its original packaging. In addition, the customer must submit all accessories, manuals, and warranty policies.

After the first 10 days, no changes or refunds will be made if the reasons are attributable to the customer's personal tastes or opinions (Right of Withdrawal, Law 19496, Art. 3 bis).

After this, a Vital Senior executive will contact the client and assist them in continuing the process.

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, a fault or defect will be considered to exist:

  1. When products subject to mandatory safety or quality standards do not meet the corresponding specifications.
  2. When the materials, parts, pieces, elements, substances or ingredients that constitute or integrate the products do not correspond to the specifications they have or to the mentions on the label.
  3. When any product, due to deficiencies in manufacturing, processing, materials, parts, pieces, elements, substances, ingredients, structure, quality or sanitary conditions, if applicable, is not entirely suitable for the use or consumption for which it is intended or as indicated by the supplier in its advertising.
  4. When the supplier and consumer have agreed that the products covered by the contract must meet certain specifications and this does not occur.
  5. When, after the first warranty period has been applied and the corresponding technical service has been provided, the defects that render the product unfit for the use or consumption referred to in letter c) above persist. This right shall remain in effect in the event of a deficiency other than the one that was the subject of the technical service, or if the same deficiency recurs, within a period of three months from receipt of the product.
  6. When the item covered by the contract has defects or hidden flaws that make it impossible to use for its usual purpose. For the purposes of this section, a good sold as a whole shall be considered a single good, even if it is made up of different units, parts, pieces, or modules, regardless of whether these may or may not provide a useful service independently of one another. Notwithstanding this, in the case of the replacement of the product, this may be carried out with respect to a unit, part, piece, or module, provided that it is for another identical to the one being returned.
